This shearing machine is electromechainical-controlled, with advantages of high-precision shearing and fast speed. It is controlled by a servo motor, the shearing speed can be adjusted freely, from 0 to 25 meters per minute. The feeding system is controlled by invrter motor, the feeding speed also can be adjusted freely, adjustable range is 0-40 meters per minute. In order to prevent the pad paper from being broken when collectiong, the collection system adopts torque motor so that the tightness of pad paper collection can be adjusted freely. Through the touch screen on control cabinet you canfelly adjust the system setting parameters.      

During operation, you only need enter the plate size and quantity that you need for shearing, then steel plate feeding, leveling, laminating,flattening, counting, chamfering and pad paper collecting all will be operated automatically. In order to prevent plate from being damaged and accuracy being affected because of roller high-speed steel and no burrs after shearing.
